This Privacy Policy explains how Trusted RV Solutions collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit trustedrvs.com, request service, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text.
Who we are
Trusted RV Solutions is a mobile RV repair, inspection, dealer warranty support, and tech-install business owned by Paul Schmidt. We are based in Fairfield Township, Ohio, and serve Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Central Indiana.

Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information created when you use our site or schedule work:
- Contact details — name, email address, and phone number.
- Service details — location (city, campground, or lot), RV year, make, and model, the type of help you need, and the message you write.
- Scheduling and job records — appointment times, addresses we visit, notes, photos of the work, invoices, and follow-up messages.
- Communications — emails, phone calls, and text messages exchanged with us, including messages sent or received through Jobber.
- Website technical data — a hashed (not full) IP address, browser user-agent, and similar security signals used to stop spam on our forms.
You do not have to fill every field on our form. We ask for a name and either a phone number or email so we can reply.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Respond to quotes and inspection requests.
- Schedule, confirm, and complete mobile service.
- Document warranty, repair, and install work.
- Send service-related emails, calls, and texts.
- Protect the website from bots and abusive submissions.
- Keep records required for bookkeeping and the law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent your phone number to marketers.
How we contact you
After you request service or become a customer, we may contact you by phone call, email, or text message about that request, your appointment, or the work. Field scheduling and two-way messaging are handled in Jobber, the customer scheduling and messaging system we use for day-to-day operations.
Text messages and phone calls
By providing your phone number on our website, by phone, or in person, you agree that Trusted RV Solutions may send you informational text messages and place voice calls about quotes, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and related customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying goods or services — you can always call 513-200-1313 or email paul@trustedrvs.com instead.
- Reply STOP to a text to unsubscribe from text messages.
- Reply START if you later want texts again.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email or phone above.
We use texts for service and scheduling, not for advertising lists. If you opt out of texts, we may still contact you by phone or email when needed to complete work you asked us to do.
Cookies, Cloudflare, and bot checks
trustedrvs.com is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for security, performance, and to deliver the site.
When enabled, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on the request form to confirm a person — not a bot — is submitting it. Turnstile is a challenge widget, not an advertising tracker.
We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell browsing data. The site may log basic request information through Cloudflare for security and reliability.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to operate the business and complete your request:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, stores form submissions in our database (D1), and provides security tools such as Turnstile.
- AgentMail — sends Paul an email at paul@trustedrvs.com after a website form is saved, so we can follow up.
- Jobber — customer scheduling, job records, and phone or text messaging for appointments and service.
- Service partners when required — for example a dealer, warranty administrator, campground, or parts supplier, and only the details needed for that job.
- Legal or safety requests — if the law requires it, or to protect customers, our team, or the public.
Those companies process information under their own terms and privacy practices when they act as independent providers. We do not authorize them to use your information to market unrelated products.
How we store and protect information
Form submissions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. Email notifications go to Paul at paul@trustedrvs.com. Scheduling and messaging records live in Jobber. Access is limited to people who need it to quote, schedule, or perform the work.
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate for a small service business: HTTPS, access controls, hashed IP addresses on form records, and Cloudflare security features. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send payment-card numbers through the website form.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax requirements. Website leads that do not become jobs may be deleted or archived sooner. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep only what we must retain in a limited form.
Your rights and choices
You may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate contact or RV details.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Stop text messages (reply STOP) or limit how we contact you.
Email paul@trustedrvs.com or call 513-200-1313. We will respond in a reasonable time. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, and we may keep records we are required to keep.
Children
Our services are for RV owners and businesses, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. The current version will always be posted at https://trustedrvs.com/privacy.
