Terms of Service
Effective September 20, 2026 · Last updated September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using trustedrvs.com and for requesting or receiving work from Trusted RV Solutions. By using the site or asking us to quote or perform service, you agree to these Terms.
The business
Trusted RV Solutions is owned by Paul Schmidt and based in Fairfield Township, Ohio. We provide mobile RV repair, inspection, dealer warranty support, and tech installs in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Central Indiana.
Contact: paul@trustedrvs.com · 513-200-1313 · https://trustedrvs.com
We use Jobber for customer scheduling and messaging. A request on this website is a request for Trusted RV Solutions — not a booking with Jobber itself.
Using the website
You may use trustedrvs.com to learn about our services and to send a request. Do not misuse the site: do not submit false information, attempt to break security, scrape the site in an abusive way, or use the forms for spam. We may refuse or delete submissions that look automated or harmful.
Website content (text, photos, logos, and layout) belongs to Trusted RV Solutions unless noted otherwise. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site for a competing business without written permission.
Quotes, scheduling, and service
Sending the request form, calling, or texting us is a request for information or an appointment — not a guaranteed booking and not a fixed-price contract unless we confirm one in writing.
- Availability depends on travel, parts, weather, and the condition of the RV.
- Estimates may change after we inspect the coach or find hidden damage.
- We may decline work outside our service area or outside our skill and equipment.
- Warranty or dealer work may require approval from the dealer or manufacturer.
You are responsible for giving accurate contact details, a safe place to work, access to the RV, and any keys, codes, or owner information we need. You remain responsible for the RV, its contents, and complying with campground or lot rules.
Payment terms are confirmed when we schedule or complete the job. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due when work is finished. Returned or unpaid invoices may be referred for collection.
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Travel already incurred or parts ordered for your job may still be billed.
Photos and job notes
We often take photos and notes so you have a clear record of findings and finished work. We may use anonymized or non-identifying photos of the work (not your face or personal documents) on the website or in credentials material unless you ask us not to.
Text messages, calls, and email
By providing your phone number on our website, by phone, or in person, you agree to receive informational text messages and calls from Trusted RV Solutions about quotes, appointments, service updates, invoices, and related customer service. We send these through our phone line and through Jobber. Message frequency varies with your job — typically a handful of messages around scheduling and follow-up, more if a job is active. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact paul@trustedrvs.com / 513-200-1313.
If you opt out of texts, we may still call or email when needed to carry out work you requested. Do not use text as the only way to report an emergency; call 911 for emergencies.
By providing an email address, you agree we may email you about your request and related service. Website form submissions are stored and then emailed to Paul at paul@trustedrvs.com so we can reply.
Warranties and limits
We stand behind careful workmanship and clear documentation. Any specific warranty on parts or labor will be stated when we quote or invoice the job. Manufacturer warranties remain with the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, Trusted RV Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost camping time, lost use, or lost profits). Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where the law does not allow that limit (for example, certain personal-injury claims).
Inspections are a professional assessment at a point in time. They are not a guarantee that nothing else will appear later, and they are not a substitute for a manufacturer recall campaign or a licensed specialist where one is required (for example, some propane, structural, or title matters).
Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including our use of Cloudflare, AgentMail, and Jobber. Please read that page together with these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect our name or content.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted at https://trustedrvs.com/terms. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future requests.
